Volunteers donate their much appreciated time to help organize, direct and produce an event such as the Germantown Half Marathon. Without volunteers the participants would not know where to go or what to do during the race. The staff at Germantown Half Marathon & Mayor's Cup 5K is dedicated to making sure that our event is fun for the volunteers as well as the participants.

If you are traveling with a friend who is doing the race and would like the free amenities that come with being a volunteer such as free food and drink please let us know.

Volunteers are needed for registration and the Expo Saturday morning and afternoon 3/14, (10:00 A.M-6:00 P.M.) and Sunday morning 3/15, (5:30-7:30 A.M.). In addition, race morning finish line (medal placement and refreshment table) help is needed (8:30-10:30). Please contact Michelle McDonnell at mmcdonnell@germantown-tn.gov/.
